Terms of Service

Last updated November 5, 2026

About these terms

These terms cover your use of 911richmondgaragedoors.ca and any garage door or patio door service you book with 911 Richmond Garage Doors through this website, by phone, by email or by the price form. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them.

Prices and quotes

Your price is the one we confirm with you before any work starts, based on your door, the parts it needs and where it is. If we find something else on site, we tell you and confirm any new price before we go ahead. You can say no to any extra work.

Booking a service

A booking is confirmed when we agree the job and the price with you. Please give us an accurate address and tell us about anything that affects the job, such as a car stuck inside or a commercial door that must stay in use. Arrival times are estimates and depend on traffic, weather and other calls.

Your property

You confirm you own the property or have the owner's permission for the work. Please keep people, pets and vehicles clear of the door while we work.
